no info on that sorry. It would be nice to have the Touch Pro as it looks to be one splendid device, but with the iPhone 3G and Omnia (soon) there is no place left for yet another smartie.
Short answer: Probably NO

Diamond and Touch Pro are HTC's top-shelf devices. There's already information that they will come to both Sprint and VZW and at announcement, HTC mentioned there is an American variant of the Diamond, so I am pretty sure it WILL come to AT&T

Yeah i believe Sprint will be the first in the US to get the phone. However, Canada will have it a whole month or two before.
No word yet on whether they plan to release the GSM version in the US at all.

This may be out of place but, does anyone know when will the touch pro appear in Europe?

It will probably be late august. They stopped shipping the reg. diamond for some software upgrades, and will be doing the same upgrades to the Pro.
(You can get them now, they just wont be the latest firmware/software)

When I saw the CDMA version of the Touch Diamond, it looked bulkier then the GSM. I know that the CDMA version wont have camera in the front but will it look something like the GSM version at all.

That is true, it has more depth then the GSM, but it also doesn't have the high gloss back that has a MAJOR fingerprint problem.
As for the camera in the front, i don't think i have ever used that feature on any of my GSM phones.
As for it looking at all like the GSM version, it is identical, other than the soft touch back plate.

I have an AT&T Raphael ROM sitting on my desktop now, just waiting for a device to flash it to... So take that as a hint, MAYBE the Raphael is coming to AT&T... I don't see any other reason to have software for it. ;-)

Sept 2 for Sprint, ~1 month later for VZW.

The bigger back plate is to accommodate the 1340mAh battery, the European Diamond only has a 900mAh power source. Also less fingerprint prone, yes.

T-Mobile UK is already getting stock, and has been for the past few weeks... But they're selling faster than they're getting them in stock, preorders galore.

MUCH thinner (7mm I think), lighter... That's about it. It doesn't have a QWERTY keyboard, has 4GB fixed memory instead of a MicroSDHC slot, and the same operating system. Also doesn't have a flash for the camera like the Touch Pro does. A lot of people think the Raphael is a brick, way too thick and heavy, and that's why they buy Diamonds.
