VK Mobile vk800 Help

I am running windows XP with Service Pack 2, i meet all the requirements to use the necessary software with this phone.

The problem i am having is that when installing the software that came with the phone, the PCsync software installs with no problem. The USB drivers however do not, while installing it sais that the driver has not passed windows logo test and is not signed, so i click continue anyway.

I restart my computer just incase and then when i plug in the cable without the phone it is not detected, if i then plug in the phone it does not get detected at all. But if i have the phone already plugged into the usb wire and then plug it into my computer it gets detected but windows detects it as an unkown device and when i try to find to right driver for it (which i just installed) it cannot find it and if i let windows find the driver it just installs an Unkown Device driver.

I even tried installing it manually by saying that i have the disk and chose the .inf file for myself but when i try to install it it sais that this driver does not go with the device you have plugged in.

I have also tried multiple versions of the PCsync software from www.vkmobile.com and none of them work.

Any suggestions would be great

Have u got thru the problem yet? I encountered the same things as u mentioned. However, my problem have just been solved......
The remedy is: the magic will not happen until you press the "PC Sync" key (original the "menu" key) on the phone, every thing will be solved. Ha Ha

I also have the same problem. I don't know how to solve it. Some help will be greatly apreciated. Thanks
