Uploading pics and sounds to a LG VX-3300??

Unless I am blind there is NO WHERE in the manual that explains how to do this.

There are features for My Melodies, My Pictures and even My Animations but how do you get these on the phone?

Phone is ok, but the manual is very, very lacking!!!

I think you have to get the usb cable that is an optional item for this phone to hook up to your computer and transfer it that way
