here you go ;) The folks at xda-developers are hard at work bringing roms for us normal users :D. Here is the links to kaiser rom thread.

Official 6.1 ROM is now available on HTC website, but can be used only on HTC branded phones so flashing the tilt is out of the question at the moment. But probable the carriers will release a version for them soon.
